Hi, I'm Russell! 👋
I’m a London-based Product Designer (UX/UI) with a background in global client management and brand strategy. Before transitioning into design, I spent over 10 years managing international clients across fashion and creative industries, developing strong communication, negotiation, and strategic decision making skills.
After earning a Professional Diploma in UX Design and a Professional Certificate in UI Design from the UX Design Institute, I further expanded my expertise by completing a Certificate in AI Fundamentals for UX, exploring how AI can support research, insights and digital design.
Choosing to transition into UX was a deliberate move toward a more creative industry and work that has a more direct impact on people’s everyday experiences. Today, I apply my background in communication and strategy to research-led digital design, creating user focused experiences that improve both user satisfaction and business performance. I’m particularly interested in fintech, emerging AI tools, and products that simplify complex user journeys.
